Evaluating the ability of semen cryopreservation of Blance Blue Belge bull cattle in Vietnam

The objective of this study was to determine the semen cryopreservation capacity BBB bulls in Hanoi-Vietnam. Research conducted on fresh collected from 05 bulls. Results showed that color normal (milky white, ivory yellow), volume ranged 6.35 mL 7.48 (P <0.05), initial motility 80.53% 82.92% sperm concentration 1.02 x 109 sperms/ml 1.12 sperms/mL abnormal ratio 6.45% 8.12% alive 76.34% 82.97% after thawing straw 71.33% 75.92% (P<0.05). In conclusion, successfully collection breeding at Hanoi Cattle Breeding Joint Stock Company, samples had and good quantity quality, suitable for production frozen semen; straws bull mentioned -196oC, freezing-thawing reached economic technical norms 675/2014 Ministry Agriculture Rural Development.
